FISH 2008-2009
(10 points)

FISH! philosophy helps individuals better understand that professionalism is as much about developing a caring, in-the-moment, spontaneous attitude as it is about the technical skills of a profession. The health care team brings together diverse individuals dedicated to the care of the patient or client. The most successful teams are those are those that cultivate and nurture among their members key elements of relationships. In the FISH video you will see how a team manifests mutual respect, listening, appreciation for each other, feeling save to be themselves, and supporting each other. FISH! is not simply about how you show up for work, it is about how you show up for life. FISH! Philosophy provides you with a looking glass. Peering through it requires thinking about and taking responsibility for how you react to situations, how you treat others, and how you show up for life. Looking through that lens will help you see opportunities to make a positive difference you ever saw before. Learn more about the four principles of the FISH! Philosophy: have fun, make their day, be there, and choose your attitude.
